How I work

When you hire me, you get me. Not an account manager, not a rotating cast of interns, not a template with your logo dropped in. I learn your business, your customers, and your town, and then I do the work myself.

I work on monthly retainers for ongoing clients and flat-rate contracts for one-off projects, priced by the scope of the work. We settle all of it together, up front, in writing, so there are no surprises later. If a cheaper option would serve you better, I will tell you so.
